Exogenous Headaches 

1. Headache caused by wind-cold: characterized by aversion to wind and chills, pain on the neck and back, aggravated by wind and cold

2. Headache caused by wind-heat: characterized by headache with distension, splitting headache, fever or bad wind, flushed face and eyes, thirsty and desire to drink, constipation, and yellow urine.

3. Rheumatic headache: characterized by headache that seems like it was bandaged too tightly and heavy, with heavy limbs, anorexia, chest tightness, difficulty urinating, and loose stools.

外感头痛

1. 风寒头痛：表现为恶风畏寒、痛连项背、遇风寒加重

2. 风热头痛：表现为头痛而胀、头痛如裂、发热或恶风、面红目赤、口渴欲饮、便秘、小便黄

3. 风湿头痛：表现为头痛如裹、肢体困重、纳呆胸闷、小便不利、大便稀溏
